@PabloMakes at this point completely overhaul the riven system, incarno adapters do a way better job of what rivens were initially supposed to do

It has been almost three years since we decided to stop doing decreases to Riven disposition, when we do the regular adjustments we only ever increase. If we ever feel like a decrease is needed we will let you know ahead of time, but it's been 3~ years without doing one.
