@Adobe конченные. Купил лицензию на год на весь пакет и не могу поставить Photoshop и InDesign, потому что мой Мак не поддерживает версию приложения а предыдущую я не могу установить. Illustrator, Acrobat без проблем и еще некоторые из списка. Пидорасы, по другому не скажешь.

@Adobe I cancelled my free trail within more then enough time yet I have been charged three months consecutively. Trying to contact you to get a refund is ultimately impossible feel like I have been scammed not good practice what you’d like to assume is a reputable company.

at the library I’ve tried from 2 separate browsers, in 2 separate PCs, cleaning the cache/cookies, restarting all browsers. It was the library that blocked my files. At home now, I tried from my cloudbook: my files were locked only there, I can now access them! (Not edit, but due to specs). Hopefully tmrw I can continue to work from another public library, where last week my Adobe online had no blocks! So all sorted this time! I’m super grateful for Adobe’s DM quick responsiveness btw: even if it didn’t sort, it meant a lot🤍

@Adobe I have very limited access to a PC every day and I walk for many hours to access one, for 2-3 hours maximum per day, and you locked all my hard work!!!! All my files are locked and were ready to be published tomorrow morning and you don't let me access them!! I layered all the music and sound effects, text, etc!! Please have support contact me because everything I write in the support chat get reseted!! Please. I worked so hard, mainly wasting hours daily to walk to libraries: Adobe Express doesn't run on my cloud-book as it has 4GM RAM and 169MB graphic card. Yesterday I tried for all the afternoon and it doesn't run. Don't lock me!! This "something went wrong" message started to appear when I logged into photoshop to remove the background of a product I created with Gemini!

Please @adobe unlock my work! I can’t neither open all my video-edited videos from other accounts, if I share for colabs! This happened in a public library where I have only 3 hours of PC use and I need to walk for hours to access Adobe Express! The support help line is blocked too!
