How can I speak to a human @Adobe? I cancelled a plan in October and they've continued to charge me for months... I can't even remove my payment method. Absolutely slimy behaviour 😡

@moremacaroniiii @creativecloud We get how frustrating this is. Try the InDesign missing fonts troubleshooting guide: helpx.adobe.com/indesign/deskt…, and DM us with file details and your OS/version if it persists.

I pay too much money for a subscription for InDesign to cause me problems ever time I use it - how isn’t it recognizing/adding fonts from a packaged file @Adobe @creativecloud

@foucachon Sorry about that This can happen because Creative Cloud needs to verify licenses periodically You should sign in online at least every 30 days and check your system clock and connection If it keeps happening please DM us so we can help 🙂

As you may have seen from my followup, it resolved. The frustration is not software that glitched (I truly understand that). But rather software designed to shut down the user if it determines it can't be "verified." What if I'm working offline? What if I'm offline for a long period of time? I don't appreciate being forced-tethered to Adobe servers to get work done. As I said: I miss the days when I could purchase (not "rent") software on DVDs (as convenient as cloud downloads are).

@Adobe how rude you are to your customer ? First you make it very difficult and confusing to cancel a subscription so we assume we canceled it and it’s still not cancelled. I got fooled. And your customer service associate thinks he can ignore to respond to cx?? Wow man!!

They can close the tab, reopen Adobe Express, and continue editing. For assignments use the Turn in button after you finish edits.
