I had to call the bank and dispute @Adobe 's charges today. I waited until THE DAY of the renewal, and they are STILL trying to charge me hundreds. I can't imagine how a company could generate more ill will in its customers. I am done with their dark billing patterns.

@Adobe I leave your uselessly coded Acrobat running for more than a few hours with documents open to view at meetings and it tries to use 189Gb of RAM. My MacBook has 32Gb. Computer freeze. This is a recurring issue. Fix it. Do a ground up rewrite - it’s only been over 30 years!
