I knew exactly what I wanted to say but the second I had to actually speak, my brain went blank every. single. time. 😅 🗣️ Introducing pitchbuddyapp.com - practice your pitch with a timer (30/60/90 sec) - get feedback on script accuracy, clarity, pace, fillers, confidence - track your improvement session by session no more awkward intros at networking events

X can make it look like everyone is ahead of you more followers, more money, more wins But you only see their best moments, not the hard days I am trying to compare only with my own last month, and just move a little bit forward each time

Most people want fast proof, but some products just need time You can copy tactics, you can buy traffic, but you cannot skip the years it takes to really understand your users The hardest part is not building, it is staying long enough to be right

Cha-ching! 💰🚀 Another sale just came in. Total revenue: $651.. Only $349 left to hit my first $1,000. Now I'm looking at $1,000 and thinking maybe it's closer than I thought.

Most of X is about ideas The real filter is simple: did someone pay for it, did someone use it twice, did it make one small part of their life easier Shipping is cool, but making something people quietly rely on is the real flex

@GohilHardy Try changing the chat session after some usage, because when you keep using the same one for a long time it has to re-read the entire conversation, which might be why it hits the limit so fast.

Claude Free is literally a SCAM!!! You send one prompt. "Limit reached. Try again in 2 hours." You come back after 2 hours. "Limit reached. Try again in 3 hours." You come back after 3 hours. "Limit reached. Try again tomorrow." At this point I'm not waiting for Claude. Claude is waiting for me to buy Pro.

Everyone wants a product that blows up, but almost nobody wants to do the boring work behind it Write many paywall versions, test different screenshots, remove features that do nothing Big results usually come from a lot of small tests that finally work together

@heykumaonx exactly, it took me a while to stop obsessing only over downloads.

Every indie dev thinks this is the App Store game: Revenue = More downloads But the real equation looks more like this: Revenue = Discoverability × Page conversion × Retention ASO brings people in, screenshots and copy turn them into users. a good product makes them stay

Most indie devs obsess over adding new features But the real equation looks more like this Success ≠ Features Success = Clear problem × Simple UX × Consistent usage Most people only work on the first part and wonder why nothing changes

@dominikmartinX 100%, building without user conversations kept me stuck for months.

@aliByteCode you can’t expect a magic to happen when all you do is add features and never talk to users. there’s so much work to do if you want the success of your product.

@heykumaonx exactly, every time I try to do too many things, usage drops until I go back to solving one clear pain really well.

@heykumaonx that stretch with no feedback and no audience is exactly where it feels hardest but matters most.

@aliByteCode been in that boring middle for months now, it's brutal the hardest part is when nobody's watching and you're just grinding with zero feedback

We underestimate how long "overnight success" really takes. Most solo founders quit in the boring middle: After the initial hype - Before real traction The skill is not just about building. The skill is staying. Show up. Ship. Learn. Repeat. That’s the only "growth hack" I trust.

@larsbuilds still early. I got our first paying customer shortly after launch, which was a big milestone. since then I’ve been experimenting with X, Reddit, ASO, content, and now starting to test short-form video to figure out what scales beyond founder circles.
