I was asked by my friend to create them a burger for their 4th birthday of the restaurant, so I created this burger for them, Surf Turf n Earth, a double gourmet bone marrow burger, white truffle and tarragon aioli, Gouda cheese, pickled fennel, Parmesan crisp, fresh lobster
