Fixing jumper’s knee isn’t about resting, it’s about the right progression. Start with isometrics. Then move into slow, controlled strength work From there, it’s a gradual return to jumping, cutting, and sport. Rush it and it comes back. Do it right and you come back stronger

Rest alone isn’t fixing your knee pain. With jumper’s knee, the key is gradually loading the tendon the right way, not just stopping activity. It’s about building strength, improving mobility, and progressing safely so you can get back to your sport without the pain coming back.
