I was in a bus one day from VI to Berger, and this guy and a lady started talking. From the vibe, it was already looking like the beginning of a love story 😄 Then the driver asked for fare. The lady didn’t even make a move to pay, and this guy confidently brought out ₦1,500 to cover his one alone. As if that wasn’t enough, he still had the audacity to be shouting, “Change ₦300!” 😂😂 Eventually, the lady had to pay for herself… and just like that, the conversation died instantly. I could literally see the disappointment written all over her face 😭

one day, I went to the cinema alone, I sat with a couple. the girl was the one sitting beside me, and her guy sat beside her. I love talking while watching movies, I guess the guy, too. Somehow, we found ourselves sharing opinions about some scenes and characters. we even laughed 😭 his babe was just there in the middle watching the movie. the guy and I continued until she said, "Should I move so you both can be together?" The guy just locked hands with her and stopped talking to me. It was that moment I realised how lonely I was.
