And guess who has the largest proven reserves of heavy oil on Earth? Venezuela. Canada has some. Russia has some. But Venezuela has the most, 304 billion barrels sitting underground. That’s why tankers, sanctions, regime change talk, and now bombs. It was never about fentanyl. It was never about democracy. It’s about feeding refineries, controlling supply, and locking down oil before rivals do.
