With the days getting hotter and hotter, it's important that we're aware of the dangers of heat illness and how to prevent it. Heat illness can develop very rapidly and some syptoms can include headaches, nausea, fatigue, etc. Here are some tips for preventing heat illness:

Marisa Guzman currently participates in the Stockton Five Keys program. Previously, she experienced a period of incarceration and is now determined to conquer the challenges that many reentry individuals encounter, particularly the search for stable employment. @FiveKeysCA

Streets Team Enterprises was granted two Clean California Initiative crews in Alameda. The crews launched July 24th and August 7th. Our participants can continue working and progressing toward sustainable employment. @DowntownStreets

Program Services Director Dr. Marcus Mills joins #CEOOakland's Social Enterprise team for an early morning site visit. CEO Oakland sends out 10 work crews each day, with 6–8 participants per crew.
