@austinrobey_ Howdy Austin, my link to sign up to the subvert forum has expired. It’s for my label @LungRecords can you help me out?

@MartinJGallegos @RFWill149 I wish he just wore an A’s jersey because I’m pretty sure most of the Mariners fans there didn’t realize he was on the team. But, an HOFer needs to HOF. He’s a baseball ambassador.

Mark Kotsay on Rickey Henderson throwing the first pitch today: “I mean, it would have been cool had he had the Oakland jersey and not an Oakland/Seattle jersey, and he got a little bit of grief from the dugout while he was out there, too, which I think is well deserved.”
Seattle Mariners@Mariners
Ahead of today’s game, we honored the rich history of the Oakland @Athletics and the unforgettable moments our franchises have shared by welcoming a former Mariner and Athletic to throw out the ceremonial first pitch – Hall of Famer Rickey Henderson!

Farewell. I joined Jack Dorsey’s Twitter in December 2008. I have enjoyed virtually every Twitter-minute in the subsequent 15+ years. But the time has come to say goodbye. I cannot allow myself to be in any way connected to an Elon Musk venture. Musk’s vigorous support for a 34-time convicted felon aiming to reclaim the White House is a [loooong] [loooong] bridge too far. Hence my departure. My very best wishes to all of you who have been part of my “Twitter family”❤️❤️❤️

There was so much wrong with the NYTimes piece that claimed private equity is killing music, I couldn't bring myself to even write or tweet about it. Fortunately @RobertBLevine_ wrote about it and dismantled this weird NYTimes piece. While private equity might do a lot of bad things. In the case of song catalogs it has increased the value of our catalogs measurably. This is a great thing for all songwriters. 2nd having big politically connected equity funds on our side when it comes to the next Copyright Royalty Board hearings will largely help us raise all rates. (Songwriter royalties are largely set by this federal admin law court). Fairs fair. If the private equity firms behind the streaming services now have to fight it out with private equity firms behind songwriter catalogs so be it. My advice: get the popcorn. billboard.com/pro/private-eq…

@2000_mondo I may or may not have designed that logo. Is there a statute of limitations on such things?

This is the original promo copy of Telephone Free Landslide Victory @CamperBeethoven sent to KSPC Pomona College. To me it’s a reminder of the democratizing force of college radio in the 1990s.

@The80sMoviePod @sarapolton My friends started calling me just Beach when I worked at the Wherehouse in Capitola. Everyone in that group had a nickname. Caker, Pirate, Hooch, Schwag, Cat, etc. I’ve noticed since Xitter xit the bed that tagging @beach has gotten much worse.
