I began questioning their sincerity in early 2017 when I was digitally lynched by them for the first time for sharing facts about Russian-Israeli coordination in Syria and those two's overall very close relations. Their dogma, which might have since changed to a degree in order to retain some of their overall narrative's credibility in the face of indisputable facts, is that Putin is an anti-Zionist secretly allied with Iran against Israel. This false claim justified Iran's close anti-terrorist cooperation with Russia in Syria from 2015-2024 since Iran couldn't otherwise do so with a country known to be one of Israel's best friends in the world. Then October 7th happened, during which time this narrative was very aggressively imposed by "Resistance" supporters on anyone on social media who dared to question it, which convinced me that this this disinformation dogma is closely coordinated. Then Nasrallah was assassinated and I was viciously attacked by many "Resistance" folks who I hitherto naively considered to be "friends" for describing this as a major blow to Hezbollah. Their retort was that it only made Hezbollah "stronger" and that the group will "never stop attacking Israel till Israel stops attacking Gaza", yet shortly after, Hezbollah agreed to stop attacking Israel and these same people had nothing to say. I accept that all countries and movements lie in pursuit of their interests, that's an eternal fact of life, but what differentiates the "Resistance Axis" from others is how blatantly they lie. I've shared so many facts from the official Kremlin, Russian Foreign Ministry, and publicly financed domestic Russian media sites about Russian-Israeli relations, only to always have them casually dismissed as "Putin psyching out the Zionists through 5D chess". It was so intellectually insulting and 1984-esque that I immediately felt uncomfortable having any association with them whatsoever despite my personal sympathies for Palestine and its people. I've since been digitally lynched and viciously defamed so many times by literal "Resistance" trolls that I can no longer publicly associate with the organized pro-Palestinian movement in good conscience since I have too much self-respect than to keep being spit upon. This doesn't mean that my sympathies have changed, however, since I still support the continual socio-economic improvement of the Palestinians' lives and hope they'll one day control their own political destiny. What it means is that I no longer self-censor my constructive critiques of the organized pro-Palestinian movement and the "Resistance" in general like I admit to having shamefully done before from 2015-2023 in misguided "solidarity" with "the cause". Likewise, for similar reasons, I no longer self-censor my constructive critiques of the "Non-Russian Pro-Russian" (NRPR) community like I also admit to having shamefully done from 2014-2023. To be sure, I was already speaking out against both movements (which I nowadays consider to be disturbingly cultish in terms of their intra-group dynamics), but it wasn't anywhere near as regular nor as loud as I currently am. I believe that righteous causes can be hijacked by ideologues, charlatans, and disinformation purveyors who discredit them by their actions, and such causes must police themselves and remove these folks. That's not happening with either the "Resistance Axis" nor "NRPRs" since both movement's top influencers continue to pathologically lie to their target audiences and ritualistically "cancel" anyone who dares to even meekly suggest a contrarian opinion about anything.

You should have encouraged negotiation. You can gloat all you want, the truth is, the Kurds have negotiated rights & powers for themselves. Not their maximalist goals but at least theyre part of a united Syria. The Assad regime is dead & buried. You played a part in its destruction & have to live with yourself
