@gakonst Alpha is with respect to high performance Rust, nothing touches GPT-5 Pro (not GPT-5 Codex High) for hot-path auditing and refactors. It can reason much better about simulated race conditions, memory, lifetime bounds, etc. You have to manage the smaller context window though.
