@moragopus Silver is/has been more broken than graves ever was but the thing is she is difficult in comparison. She's never been top of the WR charts while graves is because she's easy to pilot. If a character like that is top tier in e6 then she needs nerfs (nerf silver too tho)

Graves gets to be strong and viable for a week before being shot dead but god forbid Silver gets tweaked in any balance patch
