@ONEBULLNODE At present, fees collected would only amount to less than 150,000/yr. That's only ~$15k Currently Harmony has 215 million ONE staked via Bootstrap Initiative. At an 8% reward rate that's 17.2 million ONE/yr. That's $172k/yr HIP-28 is terrible and useless
