Lean year round. No tracker, no Whoop, no bloodwork spreadsheet. Just this: Lifting 3x a week. Low volume, high intensity. Spent a stint last year going max volume for the experiment, came back to this. Never skipping breakfast, eating when the sun rises. Sugar 500g+ a week easily. Eating out most weeks, never saying no to a pastry. Protein pretty low compared to most.. 12k steps-15k steps, one 40k+ hike every 3-4 weeks Supps - Zinc, L-taurine, boron, shilajit, magnesium, NAC, activated charcoal, fenugreek, vitamin b1 Sauna 4x per week, red light bed 3x per week. Zero Chinese peptide slop

When you realize it’s nothing fancy. Not a bunch of hard to understand concepts and terms. It’s getting the foundational things down to a science. It may take a few businesses for us to fully figure it out. But why not start now?
