tbh getting ‘serious’ into comics is a fairly new thing for me, so I don’t have a lot of names that really come to mind as “faves” that aren’t already big names, but I like Scott Snyder’s batman stuff ofc, also Frank Miller’s daredevil stuff, and John Jackson Miller:)

I see the vision, but it's not Resident Evil. For a first trailer, my impression is that they're making this into generic indie horror movie, and I know he has a good reputation, but RE is not just about the horror. It's also the campiness and cheese that comes with it.
