@capthedon People never read the EULAs so they went decades believing they were owning games. Now they think Sony is taking away ownership when it was never a thing. EULAs apply to physical games as well. You’ve been agreeing to the terms of the developers and publishers since the 90’s

@capthedon She's absolutely right. But people are so stubborn that they won't listen or understand. They took away over 500 movies from people who purchased them digitally. Imagine you had over 50 digital games taken away just because. Is that the kind of thing people would want?

@capthedon This is simple All we need to do is legally reclassify these licenses into movie tickets "a license to view the media" That's a movie theater ticket definitionally not a video game just because you put an end user license agreement that I agreed to doesn't make it anything else
