This is the modern Filipino timber - Rizome engineered bamboo, made from giant asper that grows in the PH. It matures in 3-5 yrs, vs trees w/c take 20-60 yrs. Once you cut a tree, it’s dead, while bamboo keeps on giving every year for as long as a century

More than infrastructure spending to address flooding, we shld look at household waste & how these contribute to this urban disaster. We can throw billions into building floodways & pumping stations, but if these are blocked by plastics, it’s just public funds down the drain.

I just watched this film & I must say it deserves to win! Animation was the perfect way for the viewer to be drawn inside the world of the main character dealing with pain & trauma. @theMissingPH is also a showcase of Pinoy talent in animation w/ over 90 animators working on this moving film! BRAVO!
