Ryan made toad in the hole at his daycentre served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Everything you see on his plate, he prepared and made himself, i must say it all looks delicious 😋

My first webinar went really well today, lots of good feedback, so ive had a very good day, as has Ryan, he cooked homemade stuffed crust pizza at his daycentre with homemade garlic bread 🍕

Good morning all, my twitter is the reason I have my job, I'd do tweets about what worked for us, then parents carers and professionals would ask for advice i then started doing talks at university's i even helped produce advice leaflets for the NHS all for free, im now incredibly lucky to be employed, im working on a website to help parents going through the EHCP process, part of that is also giving parents hints and tips from my own lived experience, today im delivering my first webinar its a internal one to around 20 people that have been invited, im extremely nervous.

At school, I was an undiagnosed autistic. It was the 70s that wasn't uncommon, my writing is ineligible like a spidery scribble with the letters around the wrong way, one day we're set a task to do a story using each word of the alphabet i couldn't write it out, but a teacher asked me to stand up in front of the class and say it and within a few short minutes I came up with a story at 7 maybe 8 I stood there telling this story that part is easy for me, whenever I've struggled for money I use my creativity, one time I won a poetry competition and we all had a fancy 5 course meal, I bring this up because once again I've had comments about my grammar, not being able to write or get my words in the write place doesn't mean someone is stupid or lazy just means their brain is a little different, see as children some of us are given support but as adults that were missed they will still need that support or certainly the opportunity to have it, that was all a very long way of saying I will make mistakes and if grammar is important to you this account won't be for you, i do try to make my tweets as coherent as possible with a a grammar app but it doesn't pick them all up .

My son Brady was born with a heart defect, coarctation of the descending aorta, it was discovered just hours after he was born and he had surgery at just 3 days old, he has annual check ups, and medication every day, he's a law student going into his third year, today he is 21, I can't believe it, hes come so far and is achieving so much, can I kindly ask people say happy birthday to brady please so I can show him, kind regards Adam, proud Dad.
