@cineworld am super disappointed, an 'Unlimited' Member since 2016 (10 years) for some unknown reason my card is not allowing me to book films. You no longer have a customer service phone line, and I'm still waiting (weeks later) for a response to my email. Please help 🙏

@CowGateScenes Hey there! Unfortunately without the CEA card it won't be possible to book online however our cinema teams can process a carer's ticket through the tills without the need for a CEA card 😊

@cineworld hi I booked tickets for the wrong day and had to rebuy tickets for today. I was told I would be given a refund if I contacted customer services because the tickets weren’t scanned. I emailed. No response! Please help
