We filled a van! Thank you so much to everyone for donating unwanted clothes for the @bag2schooluk collection and to the Y6 children who moved them safely to the van. Tomorrow we will find out how much we raised but for now it feels good to ‘reuse and recycle’! #acpseco

We have finished reading our first Class 6 novel ‘The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas’ and are now watching the film to allow us to compare the two and to consolidate our understanding of what life may have been like for children during WW2. Thank you to Danielle for the popcorn! 😍

This afternoon we have enjoyed a SCARF lesson with Emma from Coram Life Education. We have learnt about our bodily systems and how to keep ourselves healthy by making good choices. #acpspshe #acpsscience

Yesterday Class 6 lead worship on ‘Generosity’. We shared with school the story of ‘The Garden of Many Hands’. It was a very special time of reflection with the whole school and families. Thank you to all those who joined us. #acpsre #acpsreflection 🥰

Y6 have taken SATs in their stride this week. Whatever the outcomes, we are proud of their attitudes, hard work and positivity. What a lovely way to finish the tests - sunshine, ice pops and time having fun with friends!
