@VISCERAPH1M Over the years my contamination OCD switched to checking/making sure compulsions (among others) Was it the meds? Don't know. But in therapy my OCD was never brought up, therefore never "treated" in any way. So I wouldn't know what could've been if not the meds o_0

@VISCERAPH1M I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW I can only talk about my experience 😭 In my case there were some obsessive thoughts fueled by my depression, so when the depression was tackled they "went away" BUT ONLY THOSE The rest of it is still there

@VISCERAPH1M Idk about you but I got medicated (for depression too) and that made it go away. I still very much dislike touching their phones (mom's phone is always in the kitchen and dad's is always in the bathroom 😭)
