Every National Park in Britain has been sent a sapling. The @yorkshire_dales one is in Grassington, our #ACGAS Darrowby. It’s near the Visitor Centre, with a gorgeous view (and not just of @AnnaMadeley)

Well, the garden seed feeders have been emptied for the last time and will be cleaned and stored until the autumn. We are sad to follow the advice of the @Natures_Voice @RSPBEngland but we understand and appreciate that our finches are at risk. ❤️🐦‍⬛❤️

D1 wants her next book to be about a strong girl who has an adventure with an animal companion and maybe a boy, and there’s magic. Sounds like His Dark Materials, really, but D1 is eight, so those are a couple of years away. Anyone got any other suggestions for a strong reader?
