We’ve reached full height at Eighty Eight O’Connell with over 300 skilled workers per day, more than 3,000 tonnes of steel and almost 17,000 cubic metres of concrete. Today’s topping out puts us another step closer to reversing 36 years of stagnation on this site in 36 months.

The development is being financed through our latest investment fund with Babcock committing to a long term tenancy agreement. Around 200 construction jobs will be supported through the build by @TandemBuilding and is due to complete in Q3 2024.

Day 2 of #BIO2023 and we attended great sessions on future trends and opportunities for investment in an age of digital and AI driven healthcare. It’s inspiring to be here amongst passionate experts, working within a complex global ecosystem to deliver better health outcomes.

Day 1 of #BIO2023 saw us immersed in the Boston experience as part of the #TeamAustralia delegation. With 18,000 delegates from across the globe, we are proud to be promoting Australia as a leader in the Biotech, Pharma and MedTech sector and a great place to do business.

Following extensive testing, the unit is expected to treat its first patients around 18 months later. When in full operation, it will have the ability to treat approximately 600-700 patients per year with around half of these expected to be children and young adults.

We've officially ‘topped out’ on the Australian Bragg Centre, with this incredible piece of health infrastructure reaching its full 74 metre height. It will house Australia’s first proton therapy unit and puts us closer to having this life-saving cancer treatment available in SA.

Huge excitement at WEST today as we poured the slab for a new townhouse we’re delivering as part of our ongoing support for @Varietysa. Once built, the house will be auctioned and we’ll be donating all profits to help Variety continue their great work for SA families.
