This IT job market for sys admin is getting out of hand. I done did 100+ apps and got call backs but either I'm over qualified or the position has closed, then they start hiring internally.

If you're interested in joining IAM you need to have a strong understanding of certain core concepts. Two of the most important are authorization and Authentication and how they are related! @MicrosoftLearn has l great documentation on this process!

Imagine someone w/ 0 wrk exp asking you to help them get a tech gig. You put your name on the line to vouch and get them a GUARANTEED tech gig. The tech gig tells them to come to orientation and they say “I didn’t go, I couldn’t make it.”

Some may say it’s stupid to turn down an offer over 6 figures but what people don’t realize is 6 figures is cool to make but only accept something that makes sense, that can provide for your household. It don’t make sense to basically work and never have any income to invest.

One thing I learned about my last situation & this job market is I’m never taking the first offer regardless of the situation. I had a job offer for a weekly pay situation for a below decent amount. After calculating that after taxes and benefits I wouldn’t even have enough

So not only did my company let me go a Friday with a week notice, they basically told everyone they have to repay them back the sign on bonus after they terminated most of their positions, I got an email that their deducting $4,423 from my check and to send them a check for $472

Even the lead just said they doing illegal activities as they are saying for me to even pay back the taxes when you should be getting that from the government. This is definitely a bad company to ever work for. It’s sad man.

This is a ridiculous situation to ever be put in when you switch to a good person and you got companies like this that make you want to go there and do some reckless shit. But I’m going play it the legal way and just let be handled that way.
