Most systems use a mixture of water and other ingredients to cool and are constantly circulating thru the system that is sealed. Open water of any kind is not usually allowed anywhere near systems. Water and electronics don't mix

@atensnut I've bought paint and primer from the big box stores and someone had returned the cans with just water in them. They would by 5 or 6 of the same item and remove one part from each to have a complete part for free. It's bad when I have to open and check everything before I leave!

What the hell is happening in Oregon? Animal rights advocates submitted signatures for Initiative Petition 28 (PEACE Act) to qualify for Oregon’s November 2026 ballot. It would remove legal exemptions and effectively ban hunting, fishing, trapping, and much of livestock farming by criminalizing intentional injury or killing of animals. It has enough signatures to likely qualify.
