TW//Rape. Long read: As onye umulogho I reached out to home to get the full details & whew! The guy who asked her out had done so a few times, got turned down so decided to go and rape her, however he enlisted the help of a vulcanizer who lives opposite her lodge, said vulcanizer has some mental health problems, they went in, raped her severally & murdered her.
My village is usually very peaceful, this sort of occurrence is quite rare so the town held an angry march & the King’s addressed residents, as they were marching & urging Otoko police to investigate, in the spirit of doing something by themselves, some decided to go ask the vulcanizer if he noticed any strange movements around the lodge, afterall her already detained bf insisted it wasn’t him and almost everyone agreed cos he was the one who found her body and alerted the villagers, so despite him being detained, villagers were still marching & insisting on further investigation, back to the vulcanizer, they went to find him to know if he saw anything only to see scratch marks all over his face, they queried him hard & he immediately caved in, said they were two but he doesn’t know where the other one was.
Now this is the part you can’t make up: the main culprit was part of a group of marchers who upon hearing the ruckus & shouts came to see who they had caught only for the vulcanizer to point him out amongst the crowd, hands “touched him small” & he admitted to the crime & even provided the murder weapon (the vulcanizer’s knife).
Reason for the murder was she recognized them & the person who sliced her neck was the guy who was toasting her cos he didn’t want her to out him.
The middle aged man in the viral photos is the vulcanizer however the younger man is the main culprit which also explains why he was likelier the one toasting her(closer age range), they’re both now in Police custody and boyfriend released.
How will you murder someone and join the march for their justice? People are wicked main. May her soul RIP.
