And now - we have paid @aircanada twice today for priority seating and the bump us to regular economy and no priority seating and no way to get our money back air canada = crooks!!!! SHAME spent tons for a non stop and we havent left toronto in 5 hours on our third itinerary!

@AirCanada this has been the worst customer service i have ever had! Not only did your kiosks not work when we were checking in and we had to go in line which led to you making us miss our flight. Now our new flight has been cancelled. Every one of you staff at YYZ is the worst
