Quote this with a piece of personal 'lore' about your life that sounds like a movie plot but is 100% true. 🧵

@MilanKore May such situation never actualize, coz the injuries as a result would be harrowing.

Just imagine .. You're coming back home from work in Lagos. From Costain to Onipanu. You enter a danfo and sit at the edge of the last seat, close to the door. Just a normal ride home. You didn't know the person sitting beside you is mentally unstable. As the bus is moving on the express and the door is open, the mentally unstable person suddenly pushes you off the moving bus. Omo eh!!!!

Bro to bro: be mindful of the kind of words you use on X if you don’t want your account suspended. Mine got locked for 12 hours over just four-letter words. Lesson learned, good to be back.

One major thing a lot of people to accident victims is trying to give them something drink especially when they're restless which I've witnessed on several occasions. To you, you're trying to show care/help out but it's actually dangerous. Why? Because: ~They may have internal injuries or need urgent surgery...food or drink can cause complications. ~If they’re not fully alert, they could choke or aspirate. ~Restlessness can be a sign of shock, head injury, or bleeding..not thirst. Instead do this: ~Keep the person still and calm ~Lay them down (unless breathing is difficult) ~Check breathing and consciousness ~Control any visible bleeding ~Call for emergency help immediately.

TOP 10 HEALTH TIPS 📍 1) Never buy freshly made juice from a vendor whose eyes look yellowish. 2) Don’t ignore that “rotten egg-like” smell a few days after an abortion, it is usually an early sign of sepsis. Go to the hospital, POST ABORTION CARE IS LEGAL. 3) Never eat in complete darkness 4) Never give honey to babies less than one year old. 5) If you get stabbed, don't pull the knife out 6) If a person starts choking, or becomes drowsy/unconscious do NOT give them water or anything to eat/drink 7) Don't stand up from your bed immediately after you wake up. 8) Learn CPR and ensure you understand how, when and on whom to perform it. It is freely available to learn. 9) Stop self-medicating with antibiotics. Misuse causes antibiotic resistance making future infections harder or impossible to treat. 10) Avoid smoking and alcohol abuse

Happy birthday ejeh😅
Bola Ahmed Tinubu@officialABAT

My dear fellow Nigerians, Today, as I clock another year in the journey of life, I'm filled with joy and gratitude for the opportunity given me to serve this great nation. I want to take this moment to thank Nigerians for their messages, show of love and prayers on the occasion of my 74th birthday. I thank all our citizens for their patriotism, solidarity and support for our administration. To those who have taken space in newspapers or paid for air time on radio and television to wish me well, I thank you immensely. I must thank my wife, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, for her kind and loving words. I also thank Vice President Kashim Shettima for all he said about me. Consistent with my tradition over the years to mark my birthday in line with the mood of the nation each year, I resolved to also observe this year's birthday low key. As I mark this special day, I am reminded of the challenges we've faced since we initiated our reforms. I'm glad that our sacrifices have not been in vain as we can see some glittering light at the end of the tunnel, despite the temporary setback caused by ongoing Middle East crisis. The credit for the positive outcomes we have achieved does not belong solely to me, our Renewed Hope team and to our government. We achieved the gains together. As we march towards the third anniversary of our administration, it is my deepest conviction that we shall succeed in building a brighter future for our citizens and future generations. We are determined to confront some of the challenges we face today, and with your continued support, we shall overcome. Let us continue to work together to build a stronger, prosperous and more resilient nation that will make Nigeria the pride of Africa. Thank you all, and happy 74th birthday to me! Bola Ahmed Tinubu President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
