𝟝𝕥𝕙 𝔾𝕠𝕠𝕕 𝔾𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕖 𝕨𝕖𝕖𝕜- 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟝 As part of the Good Governance Week celebrations under the Sushasan Saptah–Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore campaign, Leparada District Administration organized a Seva Aapke Dwar 2.0 camp at GHSS, Dari today. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Nyato Doji, Circle Officer-Dari, in the presence of HoDs and villagers. During the camp, the residents of Dari and nearby villages availed a wide range of services from the Govt. departments like issuance of PRC and birth certificates, PMJAY, CMAAY and ABHA enrolment, on-the-spot clearance of water bills, NCD and TB screenings, and livestock vaccinations such as FMD, Anti-Rabies and RDF1. Awareness sessions were also conducted on the cultivation of large cardamom, orange, ginger and chilli, along with information on farm machinery, ANKY and PM-KISAN schemes. The Good Governance Week campaign first launched during the year 2021, aims to showcase and replicate best governance practices by bringing administration closer to the people. District Election Office (PR), Leparada conducted a preparatory-cum-first level training for all Administrative Officers, HoDs and designated Sector Officers at the DC’s Conference Hall, Basar on Monday(17/11/2025), following the announcement of the Panchayati Raj election schedule by the State Election Commission. SDO-cum-RO (PR) Dr. M. N. Taloh briefed the officers on their roles and responsibilities under the Arunachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act and emphasised the need for vigilance to ensure smooth and peaceful conduct of the polls. She highlighted key duties of presiding officers, polling teams and the supervisory role of Sector Officers. ADC-cum-RO (PR) Ejum Angu urged officers to discharge their duties with diligence, make advance visits to polling stations and report any shortcomings related to voter facilities to the DEO for timely action. He stressed close coordination among Sector Officers, DEO, RO and AROs for fair conduct of elections. CO (HQ) Ms. Asunam Perme informed that additional training and briefing sessions will be organised to further sensitise Sector Officers on election procedures. Polling will be held on 15th December 2025, and the counting of votes is scheduled for 20th December 2025.

The “Swachhata Hi Seva” (SHS) 2025 campaign was launched today at the DC office complex, Basar by Hon’ble MLA of 29-Basar, Smti Nyabi Jini Dirchi along with Deputy Commissioner Leparada, Ms. Himani Meena (IAS). Speaking on the occasion, DC explained the significance of the campaign and the activities planned under SHS 2025 in Leparada Diistrict. The Monthly District Level NCORD meeting was convened at the DC’s Conference Hall, Basar under the chairpersonship of Deputy Commissioner Leparada, Ms. Himani Meena, IAS, along with SP Dr. Thuptan Jambey & committee members. As part of the ongoing #HarGharTiranga campaign, the District Administration Leparada organised a spirited Tiranga Rally in Basar today, spreading patriotism & deepening understanding of our National Flag’s significance. The District Election Office, Leparada successfully conducted circle-level training for all Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of Tirbin, Sago, Basar & Dari circles under 29-Basar (ST) Assembly Constituency from July 8 to 16, 2025. The training aimed to enhance the preparedness of BLOs for electoral roll revision and other electoral duties. It was conducted on: 🔹8th July at EAC Office, Tirbin 🔹10th July at DC Conference Hall, Basar (for Basar & Sago Circles) 🔹16th July at CO Office, Dari Dr. M.N. Taloh, Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), led the training with detailed guidance on handling Form 6 (inclusion), Form 7 (deletion), and Form 8 (corrections, shifting, duplicate EPIC, PwD registration). Further, hands-on training on the use of the BLO mobile application was also imparted to ensure efficient digital processing. In a major boost to administrative development, the foundation laying-cum-Bhoomi Puja for the Central Divisional Commissioner Office at Pagi, Leparada was held on 08/07/2025. The event was graced by Hon’ble MLA 29-Basar AC Smti Nyabi Jini Dirchi and DC Leparada Shri Atul Tayeng, alongside HODs, senior public leaders, and the local community. The ₹15 crore project, funded under SASCI 2024–25, aims for completion by March 2027. Er. Ipe Basar, Executive Engineer (PWD), briefed attendees on the project's scope and timeline. MLA Dirchi extended heartfelt gratitude to the State Government led by Hon’ble CM Pema Khandu and DCM Chowna Mein for their consistent support.
