From the data with have on Venus (provided by the late USSR) it actually goes to show that in the upper levels of the atmosphere (50 to 60km off the surface) the PSI and temperatures are comparable to that of Earth. Same goes with gravity -- there is a reason Venus is often called Earth's twin, and subsequently, its surface gravity is 91% of Earth's. You might think of the issue of radiation, but despite Venus lacking a magnetic field, the heavy atmosphere provides ample protection. (The dense atmosphere of CO2 above the "50 km habitable zone" could shield humans from solar and interstellar radiation just as well as Earth's atmosphere shields us on the surface.) The only issue that remains is the lack of oxygen (and the fact Venus's clouds contain sulfuric acid), both of which could be solved with a light spacesuit (for oxygen supply and to provide protection from the literal acid clouds) -- nothing like the pressurized spacesuit used on the Moon. Meaning, on a Venus cloud city, one would not need to worry about gravity, radiation, pressure, or temperature. Instead, to walk on the outside of this city, they would merely need a simple suit to provide them oxygen (coated in some acid resistant material).
