Yesterday, I felt incredibly proud to be from Iperu; not because of the fanfare or the presence of dignitaries, but because of the real, transformative impact these projects will have on the town, Remo, and Ogun State as a whole. From the Agro-Processing Zone, to the Arise Iperu Free Trade Zone, the Agro Cargo/Passenger Airport, The International Conference Centre, The Customs Training Institute is nearing completion, The Aviation Housing Estate named after my late uncle, the Alaperu of Iperu, as well as the road commissioning and several other impactful projects. It was truly inspiring to witness such progress firsthand. While celebrating these milestones, I also respectfully urge you to prioritize lasting solutions to the increasing insecurity across Nigeria, as a safer society is fundamental to sustaining and attracting more meaningful development It was indeed a historic moment. This historic occasion provided an opportunity to showcase the steady progress we have made across critical sectors including aviation, transportation, power, housing, healthcare, agriculture, security, and industrial development. These projects are a reflection of our deliberate efforts over the years to build a modern, inclusive, and economically competitive Ogun State.
