I used to have sleep problems for quite a while. I tried falling asleep with ambient sounds, music, nature recordings, that kind of thing. It actually helped a lot 🙃 But the fastest sleep trigger I ever discovered happened completely by accident: onboard rally recordings! 🤣 Anyway, I hope your YouTube channel turns out exactly the way you’re hoping it will!
