@Valeriavaig @sebasmjjj You really need to study harder. Marketing is literally trying to get attention. Of course they are desperate for attention, they have a movie to sell. Marketing is about creating awareness, this poster is clearly doing that. Good marketing for what’s likely a crap movie.

@itsj_carlos @JuliaBerkowitz1 I’m a Michael Jackson fan, as a kid I was obsessed. I just don’t understand how none of you can accept critics didn’t like the movie for legit reasons. Most music biopics stick to a formula and struggle to offer much substance, sadly it seems this one does too.

@sebasmjjj It’s a parody movie. Creating a parody poster parodying the current most talked about movie is just smart marketing. It’s not about MJ it’s about current pop culture trends. It’s what they did for every single scary movie.

@alissa_msouza Even the positive reviews concede that it’s pretty shallow and gives very little insight or new information about Michael. That’s what the negative reviews are complaining about. I’ve even see MJ fans who loved the movie admit it’s shallow. It’s not a narrative, they’re reviews.
