@wil_da_beast630 It is not at all useless. It is very useful, as it gives you the free reign to arrest essentially any dissident, now that you have made a law that is all encompassing. You just have to selectively arrest and judge.

Leaving pure abstract morality aside, it should be obvious to any thinking person that a definition which classifies 90% of men and 70% of women as rapists is in-practice useless.

There are clearly situations in which it's rape even without resistance (the victim is unconscious, sleeping, drugged, mentally handicapped, a child, etc.) But if giving in to a bit of pressure (I prefer to call it persuasion) is rape, I have raped a lot of past boyfriends. 🤷🏻♀️
