before people keep throwing around “breach of contract,” please understand what that actually means in a real legal sense. i’ve explained everything i could based on what i’ve understood and looked into 👇 a contract breach is not a rumor, not a theory and definitely not “he wanted to make his own music.” it’s a serious legal violation that leads to immediate consequences which includes lawsuits, penalties or termination. companies don’t stay silent on breaches, they act on them. now let’s be realistic for a second. heeseung has been openly talking about making his own music and mixtape since 2024. not privately, not secretly but in front of fans. he even has production involvement in “Highway 1009.” on top of that, there’s “Dial Tragedy” under the name “EVXN,” shared through weverse and even his production process shown in EN-loG episodes with apro uploaded on enhypen’s official youtube channel. this isn’t hidden work. this is documented, public and acknowledged activity. so ask yourself this logically. do you really think a company wouldn’t know about something that is being created, shared and even posted through their own official platforms? this industry doesn’t work the way some of you think it does. nothing happens without the company knowing. studio sessions, recordings, production credits everything is tracked, approved and managed. you don’t “secretly” prepare music for years under a company like this. it’s simply not possible and most importantly, if there was an actual breach, he wouldn’t still be under the same company. companies don’t keep artists who violate contracts. they take legal action or terminate them. the fact that there’s no lawsuit, no official accusation and no legal consequence already tells you everything you need to know. also someone who was just talking about future plans with the group doesn’t suddenly “betray” everything overnight. situations like this are never one sided and it’s naive to reduce it all to one person without considering the company’s role in it. what’s actually happening right now is people taking incomplete information and turning it into full narratives and the more it spreads, the more people start believing it without questioning anything. this is exactly why we need a clear, official statement. without it, assumptions will keep growing and certain parts of the fandom will keep pushing their own versions until it gets accepted as truth. that doesn’t help anyone. it just creates more confusion and unnecessary damage. at the end of the day, preparing for your future as an artist is not a crime. wanting to grow musically is not betrayal and using legal terms without understanding them doesn’t make the argument stronger. it just exposes the lack of logic behind it. if you’re going to speak, atleast speak with understanding.
