As I traverse the nation to assess first-hand our developmental strides in five years, I'm motivated by the positive feedback from our revered Paramount Chiefs and Tribal Heads. We have built robust monitoring and evaluation systems through the 206 electronic monitoring devices distributed to the Paramount Chiefs and Tribal Heads in November 2022. These devices are helping to monitor the implementation of our Free Quality School Education (FQSE) Program in schools in their localities to help in improving learning outcomes and measuring impact. My Team and I are deploying technology to help in promoting accountability in the FQSE initiative. Our FQSE Program is bringing fit-for-purpose education to every child across the Districts in #SierraLeone. The data shows 99% availability of teaching and learning materials.
