These are speeds through proxies which means from your server through the proxies to the proxy server to the website back through the proxies to the proxy server and then back to your server.

Servers by latency, using Fogldn Proxy Tester. List was put together by Bezos Proxy. This is the range in which you should typically see highs and lows. Basically our servers can communicate faster through proxies to sites you are trying to land purchases on then anyone elses.
