$BABY ripped 53% higher after South Korean exchange Upbit listed the token on June 5, with 24-hour volume exploding past $100M and market cap reaching ~$52M.
The token powers Babylon, a Bitcoin staking protocol that lets holders use their $BTC to secure other networks without surrendering custody - the protocol previously attracted over $2B in total value locked.
Momentum is building: a16z crypto bought $15M in $BABY in January, a public testnet for trustless BTC vaults launched in May, and a proposal is now live to integrate native $BTC as collateral on $AAVE V4.
With only 36.7% of the 10B total supply circulating, however, future token unlocks could create significant selling pressure.

Tether and Fasset have launched the world’s first Visa card fully backed by tokenized gold, allowing users to spend $USDT globally while earning up to 6% cashback in $XAUT - a token redeemable 1:1 for physical gold bars stored in Swiss vaults.
The card converts digital assets to fiat in real time without pre-selling, and Tether is seeding the program with a $1M $XAUT rewards pool. A round-up feature automatically sweeps spare change into gold on every purchase.
Gold ATMs are planned for Dubai first, bridging digital and physical gold. $XAUT already dominates over 50% of the gold stablecoin market with a $2.24B market cap and 520K+ ounces in audited reserves, giving this card a massive built-in liquidity base.

Ether.fi just placed a $100M bet on tokenized real-world assets through a new yield-bearing vault built on Plume $PLUME. The allocation draws from ether.fi’s liquid ETH, USD, and BTC vaults and its LP base of funds and HNWIs. The vault bundles institutional strategies like AAA-rated CLOs, overcollateralized credit pools, and bond ETFs into a single deposit product. It’s a clear signal that demand for structured, lower-risk DeFi $ETH yield is accelerating beyond native crypto-native primitives. Plume $PLUME spent months sourcing and matching assets to ether.fi’s user base, with the vault built under their Bermuda license and SEC transfer agent approval. This kind of institutional pipe into on-chain yield didn’t exist for retail users just a year ago.

$HEI - The Next $MYX?
Today, Heima team announced that the supply burn vote has officially concluded and that the burn will be executed within the next 60 days.
Following the announcement, $HEI surged nearly 100%.
Funding remains negative, and short positions continue to fuel the move.
I previously shared the scam token $MYX when it was at a similar market cap. Coincidentally, I also caught $HEI around the same stage.
Holding it is extremely difficult.
I’m holding it fully aware that it’s a scam-style project, simply because I’m curious whether it can be manipulated into another absurd move higher.
The setup is highly susceptible to manipulation. Especially over the last two weeks, volume has been unusually high relative to its market cap.

Months ago I made a prediction on $MYX. Coincidentally, I also caught $HEI at a $6M market cap. Similar scam-style play. $MYX went above +$20, although I couldn’t hold it that far. Let’s see what $HEI will do. I’m not saying it will behave like MYX. No one can know or guarantee that.

IMO, the @base team should start looking in a more serious manner at what's being built on their chain
Instead of focusing solely on cashflow, their app and on heavily VC funded teams, they should start directing their attention towards solo builders shipping novel ideas
One of the major flaws of CB's operations is the central focus on in-house builds and the constant push of external copy-paste products
if they take some time to research on what's happening on their chain, they could truly make a huge difference and change the corporate greed culture that has been plaguing humanity for centuries
How cool would it be that instead of single comments happening every now and then, we see CB/base 's direct involvement in small but scalable startups through grants, token listings, spotlights, integrations, etc....
There is truly so much that can be done here imo
