The abundance Elon talks about is clearly beyond your understanding; you are still thinking in terms of modern day economics and taxes and unfortunately you appear to have a poverty/scarcity mindset.
There will be no need for elites not to share; because abundance is exactly that.

Okay ready for me to burst your bubble? If no one is working no government is collecting taxes in order to pay the citizens the Ubi. If companies do not have customers because no one is working they will go out of business because they cannot rely on the government which no longer has tax dollars in order to survive.
They can trade the money they have now back and forth but they will never get more of it unless they steal it and they absolutely will do that.
The people who have the resources and money now are not going to share them nor are they going to allow their resources to be commandeered by any tech company or government.
The whole premise is absurd on its face. Think this through logically and critically.
It is a dumb fantasy by people who will see you starve. The only difference between you and them is that they will not be starving in this utopia. They just think you're stupid enough not to figure that out.

At no time, throughout all of recorded history, has there been any society, government, collective, which paid its citizens to do nothing yet reap some sort of reward for it.
And in all cases where wealth was redistributed to such extremes as described here those societies utterly failed.

📍 The University: At University of Pretoria in 1989, he joined a campus of 30,000 whites that had JUST admitted its first 20 Black students. His "peer group" was a 99.9% statistical bubble.
💎 The Empire: His father, Errol, owned engineering firms, property, and shares in a Zambian emerald mine. They had so much cash they "couldn't close the safe."
The Safety Net: While 80% of SA was trapped by Pass Laws, Musk’s family wealth & passport gave him a global exit strategy. He didn't just start at the 50m line; he was playing a different game on a different field.
⚖️ This is exactly why BBBEE exists today—to bridge the massive wealth and education gap created by centuries of systemic head starts like this.

I have to say... five years seems like overkill for Malema for the crime in question, especially given it pushes him out of parliament. Kinda feels like we're trying to nail him for other crimes that are harder to prove, like corruption. In France, people are reluctant to jail Marie Le Pen, a right wing populist, for much worse crimes because it'll prevent her from running for president and be seen as affecting voters' choice and more importantly... turning her into a "martyr" against "the system," potentially strengthening the far-right's popularity. That's what we're risking with Malema here, galvanising an otherwise flagging EFF base.

The breakfasts are not free. They are paid for by taxes - mostly on parents who feed their own kids. Most of these 10,000 children would have had a perfectly healthy breakfast at home without these clubs. This isn't about helping the poorest kids, it's the state taking over the basic job of parenting.
