Oboi do I know it 😅 Sadly I'm this way with all my relationships, cuz I just have no self confidence. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I don't hide anything, so if someone doesn't talk to me for a while I assume I did something that made them hate me or I got replaced with someone better. It's happened a lot before and it's hard to find stable relationships with others who are also comfortable talking through things that they disliked, so we can make things better together. But I'm so, so grateful for those few who I've found who try. 🩵🩵🩵

Hot take as a woman who actually has really wholesome female friendships: male friendships are kind of… insane. two men can hang out for 4 hours, say maybe 17 total words, share a bag of chips, send each other one stupid reel, and go home like “great catching up bro.” no emotional recap. no post-hangout analysis. no “did I say something weird when I laughed?” they can go 6 months without talking, then meet again and immediately pick up the exact same joke from 2017. women meanwhile will do a full psychological autopsy on a slightly delayed reply. I’m not even judging. I’m just observing a level of emotional minimalism that feels both deeply confusing and… kind of powerful.

[6 Years] I know it's not much and I'm awful at not repeating the same thank you's...but I hope you all know how special you've made me feel by sticking around with me for this long. I always have a whole list of my insecurities and shortcomings, and I feel like I can't give you all certain things to be proud of like other creators do. But...that also gives me more to surprise you guys with later. It's been a hard journey, but also a strong one.
