Why has Gurpreet Digwa not been arrested or charged with assisting an offender? It is alleged that he called 999 and falsely reported that Henry had attacked his brother and racially abused both of them. Furthermore, at the scene he reportedly told officers that Henry had not been stabbed, despite allegedly knowing that he had been. Given these allegations, what assessment has Hampshire Police (@HantsPolice) made of Gurpreet Digwa’s actions, and why has he not been arrested or charged in connection with assisting an offender, perverting the course of justice, or providing false information to the police?

“We’ve just been attacked racially… by some white person” That is Vikrum Digwa’s brother calling the police. Why has he NOT faced any prosecution? He lied to police, was a huge part as to why Henry died and why he died with such indignity.

Henry Nowak’s murderer will be out of prison in just over 20 years. Why did he not get longer? Because the judge ruled that - as a Sikh - he had a “good legal reason” to carry a 21cm “Shastar” knife on the streets of Southampton. This sentence is a joke. Two-tier justice at its worst. I will not let this lie.
