Being scrappy is great, but it’s just not true that AI products are inherently more expensive. In fact, AI products are often cheaper/easier to build for non-technical teams than “traditional” products.

Since publishing that article about centaur agencies, I've onboarded a dozen teams that are using AI to ship products for clients 10X cheaper. Hearing them talk about how they do it is the most I've felt in a long time like I'm seeing into the future. Good f'ing week 🫡

Since starting to work on Grids a few months ago I’ve spent 100% of my time in the weeds of how AI will help startups get products built 100X cheaper and faster. My mind is blown on a daily basis — what I’m learning is just too good not to share.
