@Groupon Unable to access my expired coupons and my account is deactivated. Groupon's customer support section does not have phone number, email, chat, or any links to assist in reaching or obtaining any customer support or resolution. Seems like a scam and illegal.

@Groupon ripped me off by not disclosing that what I purchased was a total fraud bait and switch. So I did not use it, and then they only give you a credit, NOT a refund. DO NOT USE GROUPON if you don't want to get ripped off. Facilitates fraud

@Groupon terrible customer service and refusal to refund a duplicate booking despite being advised by the Groupon website of an unsuccessful booking and to try again later. This is effectively theft and I’m demanding a full refund to my payment card!

@Groupon Groupon went glowup & would only allow me to purchase a double deal from LASIK. Instead of the one that I wanted. Lasik emailed Groupon to refund me. Groupon refunded in Groupon $. I want my card refused!, not Groupon $. I'm not at fault & I don't want Groupon bucks!
