@Groupon I think your AI customer support has lost its mind. I contacted support to ask about pricing that is seven dollars difference within a few hours. It basically said that I was stupid. I have been using Groupon since the inception of the app. Groupon needs to do better.

Hey @Groupon, have you gone from being a cool app to a total scam? I am trying to redeem two different Groupons. Both merchants say they won’t honor them and to ‘call the company’. But Groupon now has no customer service phone number, only an AI portal that keeps erasing the issue I type in. This is a scammy way to run a business. Please get back to me. Should I be warning people away from your platform?
