My Bannatyne spa voucher failed due to a Groupon system error and was wrongly marked redeemed. Staff mishandled my case for months and asked for proof I couldn’t provide. They refused a refund and offered £16 credit. I need a senior case handler. @Groupon_UK @Groupon

@Groupon Careful buying Groupons. I purchased a Microsoft 365 lifetime subscription via Groupon. The license was deactivated by the vendor because Groupon didn't ever pay them. When I reached out to Groupon they refused to give me a refund.
