@the_rafiki1 I tried melatonin For the last couple months I've been taking vitamin D with my first meal, which has helped bring my average sleep up from 2.5-3.5 hours to the 4-5 range It wouldn't be so bad if I were able to take regular naps I had 8 naps in 2025

@hack0tv Wow! I’ve had it before but it was manageable with chamomile and melatonin. My problem now are the hypnoc jerks.
