Whether you agree with every aspect of either case is not the point. The question is why America reserves its harshest punishments for Black defendants while extending greater grace, understanding, and leniency to white ones. Justice cannot be blind if race continues to shape who is viewed as a threat, who is viewed as redeemable, and whose life is considered worthy of empathy. The disparity speaks for itself.

Austin had no authority to ask him to leave. If Austin felt it as right to ask him to leave, why didn't he get an adult to intervene.
