RIP Alexander Kluge, polymathic great. The films, yes, but I love the books especially: The Devil's Blindspot, Cinema Stories, Learning Process with a Deadly Outcome, and collaborations with Ben Lerner. We were lucky to have Miriam Hansen introduce his work at the U of Chicago.
