You’re right, I’ve visited the US before. One thing that is very obvious is that there’s a portion of its citizens that really buy what they’re told. Also US politics taught me is that liberal democracies aren’t truly representative democracies; in theory it is but in practice it’s about money, so morality goes out the window when money talks. Narrative media framing is so strong there (the language they use), plus they’re so insulated from the consequences of their governments actions - a lot are numb. They just buy what’s sold to them (not all). Honestly some of the perceptions they have about Africa is really surprising. So imagine what conditioning they have towards Arabs.

@iammastercode @LBGamestips That's what it's. Look at how strong the state machinery is in the US, for e.g, that for too long people have bought into their leaders propaganda. So it's not often people invest in what their leaders aren't interested in.

A few things I've learnt from this war: Africans are mentally colonized Africans know next to nothing about geopolitics Africans are easily propagandized by religion If slavery were to return today, you will see some Africans giving themselves away to be enslaved. 🤧

I was born in London matter fact spent most of my life there - it’s not a green city it sits ontop of nature. FYI there’s trees in Accra too that’s not the point. London’s nickname is the big smoke and European cities are known as concrete jungles. Something a lot of middle income countries like Ghana try to emulate.

everyone needs to look at accra from a satellite view and see how much greenery is being lost to concrete and tiles. the recent heatwave is only the beginning.

@ScriptorAYA @SS9Platinum I’m Saying he’s not that far. I’m not saying he’s reached Ayew yet. But he’s not as far from Ayew as he is far from Muntari.

Oh I get you now. Yeah on a state level, you may have a point. That said a lot of nations state wise have empathy for Palestine. What I’m noticing with Nigerians in particular isn’t state level its fueled by the religious division there so a lot of dumb takes. Like my president in Ghana sent a lot of supplies and food early on when he came into power. But we do have some Christian’s who have confused Israel in the Bible with the state so you can hear stupid takes there as well. I guess it’s a mixed bag.

@iammastercode @LBGamestips That's why I mentioned at state level which often sets the tone for the general public. The same is true for states that are nonchalant. Take for instance the ICJ case, most SAns got sensitized to the Palestinian plight.

I don’t get into that as my history teacher taught me “the victor gets to writes history”. But more importantly a lot of what you’re arguing here can be lobbyied at chinas industrialisation. End of the day my point remains the achieved remarkable achievements in industrialisation its (widely accepted). There’s not a perfect system when it comes to Macroeconomics, especially when it comes to rapid industrial periods particularly around a depression. I’m looking at their industrial accomplishments in context of the thread and my original post you’ve not refuted it. You’re arguing a different thing and doing a commiting a bit of a strawman. In any case stay blessed. 👍🏿🙏🏿

@iammastercode @damilol90092229 And before WWI Germany was an advanced capitalist industrialist power, they recovered from that through similar means, by colonizing Europe, and enslaving Jews and Slavs. Much like the British and French were doing to Africans and Asians.

You’re speaking economy/morality. I’m speaking industrialisation. We’re having two different conversations. The Nazi’s first to the Jet engine though their industrialisation period. Pioneered in rocket technology, fuel and energy, roadwork, automotive, submarines. However you feel about them they achieved some things you and I benefit from today.

@Hlomza_ZA @LBGamestips Nah I had some alarming thread exchanges with some South Africans last few days. Lots of mental colonisation still. Whole Africa is in a chokehold.

@LBGamestips Despite our challenges, I will always give SA a high five when it comes to our reading of global politics especially at the state level. Again there are limits but our foreign policy is decent and in touch with reality. This can't be said about many other countries even overseas

@xghana_ What Ghanaians don’t realise, a lot of countries actually hate Ghana for this. Nigerians might vocalise their envy. But other countries quietly sit in contempt, when they get one thing to attack Ghana you will see their colours come out.

I think the random attacks on the airport and other signs of instability prior to him signing. I think those were warnings of pressure. I think it was take it or leave it. He probably looking at the infrastructure he’s been building and don’t want to tie himself up in war. But I admit you are right 100%. I’m also self aware that I do like the guy so I’m making excuses for him. 😂

For the purposes of CLARITY, I don’t support that NONSENSE of a Healthcare deal Burkina Faso signed with USA. It’s SELLOUT DEAL! There are no holy cows here! Even if it’s Prophet Mahomed or Jesus Christ who signs with America Wrong is Wrong. End of Post

Africa cannot rise without a critical mass of independent, fearless critical thinkers: people willing to interrogate inherited dogmas, reclaim suppressed traditional wisdom, prioritize empirical reasoning and evidence-based progress, and build innovation rooted in African realities rather than imported spiritual dependencies that can breed fatalism, division, or unquestioning obedience. The path forward demands intellectual sovereignty valuing Africa's heritage while aggressively mastering modern tools of discovery and creation. Blind adherence to colonial-era faiths, at the expense of self-determined thought and cultural confidence, keeps the continent trailing instead of leading on its own terms.
