@bbgestreid Kind stranger no one said hobbies erase suffering they just make surviving it a little more bearable. that's not delusion—that's being human..n i hope we are aware that not every hobby is expensive plenty are affordable, free like bird watching walking journaling 🙁

@ifuliedownhere what i said is real and what you said is also real love is real - rare (very rare) hobbies are good distractions, but they don't stop people from killing themselves, suffering, don't provide a sense of meaning in life, poor people can't afford them fully blind optimism is silly

i highly recommend having hobbies, it distracts you from falling in love unnecessarily.
